After your breakfast at your hotel in our Day Trip From Casablanca to Rabat , our guide/driver will pick you up in an air-conditioned vehicle and take you to Rabat, the capital of the Moroccan Kingdom. We will start your city tour from Dar El Makhzen (Royal Palace) where you will only be able to see the palace from outside. This palace dates back to 1864 and presently houses over 2000 of population: inside are the prime minister’s offices, the imperial college, also the AhlFas Mosque, a small race track, and the barracks of the Black Guard.
In Day Trip From Casablanca to Rabat Next,we will visit the Mohamed V University the Morocco’s largest university. Then, we will walk past the Hassan Tower and visit the Mohamed V Mausoleum, where the entrance leads into the burial chamber, where walls are decorated with Zellige (Moroccan tiles) and stucco and has a cupola covered in gold leaf.After that we will go to the Kasbah of the Oudayas square, where we will see the Oudaya gate on the northern side. Next is the Rue des Consuls, the architecturally most interesting street in the Medina.Our last stop of the day will be Souika Street or (souk), the busiest shopping street in the Medina of Rabat. At the end of your tour, our guide/driver will driveyou back at your accommodation (Hotel/Riad) in rabat or back to Casablanca.
